Laura New is a Dancer, Creator and Choreographer.
As a creative, Laura has worked on a multitude of productions including Blanc De Blanc (Sydney Opera House, London’s Hippodrome) and Dance Captain. Most recently she has worked as a choreographer for Showtime at the Pink Flamingo (Atlantis Bahamas Premiere), Fun House (Adelaide Fringe Festival, Brisbane Festival) as skeleton crew dancer alongside creative Kevin Maher for LOVE RIOT (P&O Cruises – Pacific Explorer) and Assistant Choreographer for the most recent Blanc de Blanc Encore (Sydney Opera House).
On stage she has performed with Pitbull, Christina Aguilera, Black Eyed Peas, Ludacris, Ja Rule, LMFAO, Vanessa Hudgens, as an opening act for Justin Beiber. On TV episodes of Americas ‘The Voice’, ‘Dancing with the Stars’, MTV Movie & TV Awards, Latin American Music Awards, Comedy Central, Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, Good Morning America and Keeping up with the Kardashians. She has danced in commercials, live events and industrials for major brands such as M.A.C Cosmetics, Adidas, 20th Century Fox, TESLA, Facebook, Harley Davidson, Tommy Hilfiger, Buick, Just Jeans, Vodaphone, Vidal Sassoon, Oakley and Bellagio Las Vegas.
Laura performed all the way to the semi finals on Season 10 of Americas Got Talent with award winning group ‘Freelusion’ and was awarded a performance on the finale episode.
Laura has created original work for Air BnB (LA Theatre), Freelusion (Dubai’s International Artists Awards, Americas Got Talent), China Tour (Shanghai LEO) and Strut & Fret (Blanc de Blanc 450+ performances, Fun House, Blanc de Blanc Encore).
She has studied a double degree in Arts (Dance & Theatre) and Education at University of New South Wales. She has worked and taught extensively at Sydney Dance Company, The McDonald College performing arts school, Ettingshausens and Dance Kinetic School of performing arts. In Los Angeles Laura has studied at the Howard Fine Acting Studio and at Anthony Meindl’s Actor Workshop. She was selected as winner of a LADF scholarship and studied at the Los Angeles world renowned EDGE Performing Arts Centre.
Comedian and renowned entertainer Monsieur Roméo was born in France. His success as a model brought him to America , where he transformed from runway hunk to beloved Hollywood entertainer. As the host of the exclusive cabaret show, "L'Effleur Des Sens," Roméo's four year residency as the euro-hunk with razor-sharp wit, nonchalant attitude and French savoir-faire seduced full houses laced with celebrity clientele.
As an entertainer, Monsieur Roméo has also shared stage and screen with some of the world's hottest artists including Beyonce, Nelly Furtado, Kylie Minogue, Marc Anthony, Finger Eleven, Nicki Minaj, and Lady Gaga. His notable film credits include Dance Flick, Blades of Glory, Jackass 2, Powder Blue, Marmaduke and Kiss Kiss Bang Bang.
Romeo’s versatility has allowed him to work as a voiceover artist for Disney and Kodak.
In December 2013, Roméo made history as the first man to perform at the infamous Crazy Horse Paris with his James Bond duet. Roméo can also be found guest starring in Dita Von Teese's Strip Strip Hooray burlesque tour.
Monsieur Romeo’s commercial credits include Axe Deodorant, Zara, Visa, Porsche, Toyota, Mac Cosmetics to name a few.
Hampus Jansson was born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden. His father, Ulf-Håkan Jansson, was an actor and puppeteer who had also acted as a circus ringmaster.
Together with his sister Uuve, Hampus trained at Cirkus Cirkör, and then later on in a three-year professional program at Montreal's Ecole Nationale de Cirque specializing in aerials.
After 4 years of intense acrobatics and stage training, Hampus joined Cirque du Soleil to perform solo acts in 3 different shows. Dralion, Varekai and Michael Jackson The Immortal World Tour for 6 years.
Hampus has been a core ensemble member of Blanc de Blanc since 2016, and is also an alumnus of Strut & Fret's Fear & Delight alongside his wife Milena, and continues to work as a freelance performer worldwide.
Milena Straczynski was raised in a creative household, watching her mother sing in operas and her father walk tightropes in the circus. She grew up wanting to become a performer and so she began her ballet training in Moscow, Russia.
In 1995, she moved to the United States to continue her training with the Miami City Ballet and New World School of Arts. Throughout the years she has ventured into the world of contemporary dance styles derived from Paul Taylor, Martha Graham, and Jose Limon; as well as working with artists such as Pitbull, Jennifer Lopez, Mya Harrison and more. She has previously performed in Strut & Fret's Fear & Delight, and continues to freelance as a burlesque dancer and aerialist.
Along with her husband Hampus, the pair have been a core ensemble member of Blanc de Blanc since 2016 and have toured the world performing their duo straps act together.
Spencer Novich is the pale-faced harlequin who induces laughs and gasps with his original mix of mime and contortion.
The award-winning clown has performed all over the globe, with credits including Cirque du Soleil's KÀ in Las Vegas, and Spiegelworld's Vegas Nocturne.
Spencer was also awarded the Medaille de Bronze, Prix du Moulin Rouge, and Prix du Cirque Éloize at the 33rd Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain.
Spencer was the Comedy Designer in Strut & Fret's dining and cabaret spectacular Fear & Delight at the 2015 Garden of Unearthly Delights and Brisbane Festival. He has been an ensemble member as part of Strut & Frets Blanc de Blanc since 2016, as well as Fun House, and Blanc de Blanc Encore.
James graduated from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts with a degree in Set and Costume Design before attending the Australian Film Television and Radio School in Art Direction.
He has designed the sets for the Love Cooking Festival in London as well as Jamie Oliver and Rick Stein's live shows. Event designs include the Netball World Cup, Socceroos Anniversary Gala, Netflix Australia Launch and various floats in the Sydney Mardi Gras Parade.
James has worked on television shows such as Survivor, All Saints, Australian Idol and was both the costume and production designer on The Horizon television pilot, directed by Stephan Elliott.
James was the associate designer on Graeme Murphy's AIDA for Opera Australia and Stuart Maunder's SHOUT! and his set for Reg Livermore's TURNS was nominated for the 2012 Greenroom Awards.
Choreographer Kevin Maher was born in Hollywood, California
where he studied Architecture and Design until age 18. He then moved to New York City to pursue his education in the arts and began his career dancing with artists such as Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Cyndi Lauper, Missy Elliott, Jennifer Lopez, Eve and George Michael.
He has choreographed music videos, television performances and tours for Justin Bieber, Britney Spears, Nicki Minaj, Jennifer Lopez, Nick Jonas, Kelly Clarkson, The Backstreet Boys, Jason Derulo, Becky G, Selena Gomez and Fifth Harmony. His resume also includes Creative Director and Choreographer credits for six top 10 selling tours of New Kids on The Block.
Kevin has worked closely as a choreographer for Madonna for several years and you can see his work in her current Rebel Heart World Tour.
Set and Lighting designer Philip works predominantly in theatre.

Founding director of Strut & Fret Production House, Scott has worked in the performing arts and events management industry for over 24 years.
Past directorial credits have included, Blanc de Blanc, LIMBO, LIMBO UNHINGED, Fun House, Cantina, Love Riot, Fear & Delight, Tom Tom Crew, Feasting on Flesh, Dream Menagerie, A Company of Strangers and the Secret Death of Salvador Dali.
Scott's work frequently combines theatre, circus, aerial and spectacle. This year, his internationally acclaimed creation LIMBO celebrated its 800th performance in Amsterdam.
Scott has produced major events and precincts for Edinburgh Fringe, Sydney Festival, Brisbane Festival, Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Kermezzo(o) (Brussels) and Adelaide Fringe. Strut & Fret co-produce The Garden of Unearthly Delights in Adelaide, the award-winning arts precinct of Adelaide Fringe for the last 18 years.
Scott was part of the creative team for Madonna's Rebel Heart World Tour in 2015 and was invited to curate and direct entertainment for Madonna’s birthday party in the Hamptons. He also created a new show for Airbnb’s inaugural Open Spotlight festival in Los Angeles and recently opened Showtime at the Pink Flamingo at Atlantis in The Bahamas and a new work Lola’s Underground Casino at London’s Hippodrome.
Steve Toulmin is an accomplished composer and designer. His theatrical composition and design credits include Jasper Jones, Ivanov, La Traviata, Blue Wizard, Radiance, Is This Thing On?, 20 Questions, The Baulkham Hills African Ladies Troupe, The Seed, Scorched (Belvoir); Little Mercy, Edward Gant's Amazing Feats of Loneliness (Sydney Theatre Company); The Bleeding Tree, Beached, A Hoax (Griffin Theatre Company); Great Falls, Liberty Equality Fraternity, Circle Mirror Transformation (Ensemble); That Face (Queensland Theatre Company); Tender Napalm, Julius Caesar and Hamlet (La Boite Theatre Company).
As a songwriter and music producer Steve has worked with the likes of Megan Washington, Ricki-Lee Coulter and Samantha Jade.
